Yosemite National Park

Yosemite National Park enables you to go on and witness one of the most fantastic of wilderness parks in the United States and the first one to be established. You can travel down the Tioga Road which is a highway that passes right through the park. There are two other roads that pass the Yosemite National Park and they are Mariposa Grove and Glacier Point.

If you want to hike all the way up to the Half Dome then you need to secure permission for it. There are cables that can take you up and they work from May until October. Go on and get yourself familiar with the most fabulous of wilderness and take yourself hiking up the trails that are fascinating and awe-inspiring. You can bond with nature, the kind of nature that is not there anywhere to be known at such close quarters. Take yourself backpacking or rock climbing in the Yosemite National Park. You can spend some time with a ranger to actually understand what all this park, the Yosemite National Park has to offer. Another major attraction in the Yosemite National Park is the Mariposa Groves of Giant Sequoias. They stretch for 36 miles long and are south of the Yosemite Park. This is one of the largest spots to find so many trees of this kind in one spot. This works out to be the perfect spot for skiers and hikers to be at. This is a perfect nature trail venue right from the month of November to April.

At the Joshua Tree National Park you can stay at the Wawona Hotel which wsa built in the late nineteenth century. Right across from it you can visit the Pioneer Yosemite History Center. This has a fabulous collection of historic buildings. Glacier point and Badger Pass are two other Joshua Tree National Park area must sees.
